Where do you ship?

We've built a reliable global logistics network that enables us to offer international shipping. Your order will be shipped from either the United States or China, depending on product availability.

When will I receive my order?

We typically process orders in 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, delivery times will depend on product origin. Below are our standard estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 2-5 business days
  • China: 5-14 business days

We do our best to ensure your package is delivered on time. However, delays may happen due to factors such as incorrect addresses, customs processing, public holidays, peak seasons, or local carrier issues. Because of this, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification with a link to track your order’s progress.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately at support@barksandboutique.com. If we catch it in time, we’ll update your order. If the change is missed, we offer hassle-free exchanges or returns.

How do I make a return?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
